By accessing the CarsNow website, visiting our showrooms, booking a test drive, or reserving a vehicle from our inventory, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all buyers, sellers, and visitors across all digital platforms and retail locations.

All vehicles listed on CarsNow are subject to prior sale. While we strive to maintain real-time accuracy across our online catalog:

• Listed prices represent vehicle on-road or ex-showroom costs as specified and exclude optional bespoke accessories, individual insurance add-ons, or inter-state road tax differentials unless explicitly mentioned.
• Vehicle specifications, features, and odometers reflect actual verification performed during our 151-point audit. Minor variance in paint depth or cosmetic detailing is standard for pre-owned automobiles.

To hold a vehicle exclusively and prevent other customer reservations, a refundable token amount is required. Token amounts are fully adjustable against the final purchase price upon execution of the sale deed.

Vehicle delivery is executed upon 100% receipt of payment (via direct bank transfer, demand draft, or bank loan disbursement letter) along with signed RTO transfer documentation.

CarsNow warrants the title and certified condition of vehicles as outlined in the individual warranty certificate. In no event shall CarsNow be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle operation post-handover.

All legal disputes arising out of transactions with CarsNow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
