The CarsNow Assured Buyback Program is designed to give luxury car buyers complete peace of mind. Every certified vehicle sold under this scheme includes an official Buyback Agreement executed at the time of purchase, specifying the exact assured value across time horizons.
Unlike standard market trade-ins where offers fluctuate drastically based on dealer appetite, our pre-fixed agreement ensures guaranteed liquidity whenever you choose to exercise your buyback option.

Terms & Vehicle Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for the full assured buyback amount upon redemption, the vehicle must meet the following standard operational conditions:
- Authorized Service Records: Routine maintenance must be completed at authorized brand service centers or CarsNow approved facilities.
- Structural Integrity: The vehicle must remain free of major structural accidents, chassis alterations, and water submersion / flood damage.
- Clean Title & Documents: Original RC, valid insurance policy, duplicate keys, and purchase documentation must be surrendered upon handover.
- Fair Wear & Tear: Standard cosmetic wear consistent with age and mileage is fully acceptable. Any major unrepaired body damage will be deducted at actual repair estimate.
